The OmniCheck 360 is a versatile multi-camera vision inspection system that performs well in a variety of applications across many manufacturing industries. This includes food, beverage, breweries, distilleries, personal care, wineries, chemical, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical. The OmniCheck 360 has a proven track record and a GMP design that will provide years of functional service. A standard 22” touch-screen HMI, ultra high speed processing capability and high resolution cameras allow execution of multiple inspections simultaneously. The OmniCheck 360 tracks, detects, and rejects defective products while performing data collection functions to monitor production line efficiency. A partial list of our inspection system’s capabilities include fill level inspection, cap inspection, label inspection, carton inspection and 2D/3D barcode inspection. The modular design offers flexibility that allows for future system upgrades and expansion to comply with quality and regulatory product inspection requirements.
